Introduction
1500W/2000W CW Fiber Laser Cleaning Machine is an industrial-grade device for large-scale metal surface cleaning (rust, paint, oxides, etc.). It adopts continuous wave fiber laser technology, featuring non-contact, eco-friendly operation and CE/FDA certification, widely used in heavy industry, shipbuilding, automotive, and aerospace fields.
Unlike pulsed models, it emits a steady 1064–1080nm laser beam. Contaminants absorb laser energy to soften, vaporize or peel off, while adjustable power (10%–100%) ensures no substrate damage (suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.), removing up to 5mm thick contaminants with auxiliary airflow.
Key Features
High Power & Efficiency
- 1500W for medium-heavy tasks; 2000W for heavy-duty (thick corrosion, large areas) with actual output 2000–2050W.
- Cleaning speed: 8–40 m²/h (1500W) and 12–55 m²/h (2000W); adjustable scanning width (5mm–650mm) for all surface types.
Stable & Durable
- Brand laser source (Raycus/MAX etc.) with 1,000,000-hour lifespan; 24-hour continuous operation via 12–18kW water cooling.
- Ergonomic handheld head (0.96–1.8kg) with red-light guidance and protective lens.
Eco-Friendly & Cost-Effective
- Zero consumables/secondary pollution; complies with global environmental standards.
- Low maintenance, 1–2 year warranty, only regular lens cleaning and annual cooling liquid replacement.
Dual Modes & Adaptability
- Handheld or robotic arm integration (Fanuc/KUKA/ABB); 10%–100% power adjustment, 7-inch touch screen with 50 parameter sets.

Typical Applications
The 1500W/2000W CW Fiber Laser Cleaning Machine is widely used in various industrial fields due to its high power, efficiency, and stability, including but not limited to:
Heavy Industry & Steel Structures: Cleaning of steel bridges, storage tanks, steel plates, and structural components—removing rust, oxide layers, and old paint to extend service life and ensure structural safety.
Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering: Hull rust removal, deck paint stripping, and maintenance of offshore platforms—adapting to curved surfaces and large-area cleaning needs, with corrosion-resistant components suitable for marine environments.
Automotive Manufacturing: Chassis derusting, body panel paint removal, and mold cleaning (injection molds, tire molds)—ensuring clean surfaces for welding, painting, and mold reuse without damaging the mold texture.
Aerospace & Precision Components: Cleaning of aluminum/titanium alloy components, engine parts, and thermal barrier coatings—using adjustable power to avoid damaging precision surfaces while removing contaminants.
Mold & Tooling Industry: Cleaning of plastic injection molds, die-casting molds, and cutting tools—removing resin residues, carbon deposits, and rust without affecting the mold’s precision or surface finish.
